Life
Well, this is definately a blast from the past! Living in Sparks Nevada, and have been for the last 11 years, after much travel working in the Hotel business. (and who said all those years of Spanish wouldn't help! Gracias Dr. Obejas! )
After living and working in AZ, TX, Northern and Southern California, and even a brief time in Downtown Chicago, decided to settle here in Sparks. Work for one of the largest casino/resorts here, and love it!
Happy with my life, and I guess it has turned out better than I expected. Have 2 daughters, and two WONDERFUL grandchildern--a boy and a girl. Both my girls live in IL, so I'm home twice a year for a visit. Get to spoil the grandkids and fly back home! Just what grandparents are suppose to do!

st passion are Basset Hounds, and actively involved with rescue work here, in California, Las Vegas, Washington state and Oregon. Currently own three of these wonderful creatures, all from situations that I'll call "less than disireable." I'm a member and on the board of directors for a local pet-assisted therapy group. "Max" (a three yr old tri color basset) and myself are register and certified pet therapy dog and handler. I work primarily with Alzhimer's patients, but our award winning group is involved on many levels throughout the community.
For those of us who remember, our vice-principle said, "the sun shines on the class of "72." I think he was right!
And by the way....I dropped "George" shortly after HS, and use my middle name, Paul. Always hated that name........
